Booking Terms & Agreement

 

DEPOSITS: Deposits and/or full payments are required to successfully reserve any paint party. All deposits are non-refundable and/or non-transferable . 

RESERVATION CHANGES: Each party has been allotted an estimated time; please be sure to book the correct party at the time of reservation. We cannot guarantee that the Posh Paint will be able to accommodate any change(s) to service the day of your party.

MINIMUM QUANTITY: We here at Posh Paint believe in a 7-day rule.  Basically, we'll give you up until 7 days before the start of your event to hit the minimum amount of people required for us to come out.  Unfortunately, if attendance is below our minimum 7 days beforehand, then we'll have to cancel the event or reschedule.  We'll give you a friendly reminder a week or so before your event to remind you about our 7-day policy and also to reenergize ourselves and give the event one last push to try to drum up some guests. 

 

TRAVEL: We can come to you or you can come to us! There are no additional fees to host a Posh Paint party at 451 Lounge. Parties can be booked at 451 Lounge daily with the exception of Fridays! If you require Posh Paint to travel to you, a travel free of $25 will be accessed for locations within 25 miles of Hartford, CT. 


LATE POLICY: Paint parties are started promptly and on time. A $15 late fee will be accessed for party hosts who do not start within 5-10 of the start time. We do allow a 15 minute pre-party set up and 15 minute post party cleanup which is allotted in the booking times. Any arrivals greater than 15 minutes will be cancelled and a new deposit will be required to reschedule. 

CHILDREN (UNDER THE AGE OF 13): We love the kids! However, children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Posh Paint is not responsible for unattended children.  

CANCELLATIONS: Hosts needing to cancel their party must submit the request 7 business days. If your party is cancelled you will be required to pay a new deposit. Cancellations may be the result of but not limited to the following: 
-Unapproved reservation changes

-Minimum Quantity Not Met
-Tardiness (over 15 minutes)
-Unattended Children Policy
-Non Payment
-No Call/No Show

FOOD/BEVERAGES:

For Mobile Parties: Clients are responsible for supplying their food, beverages and decor.

For 451 Lounge Parties: Due to state regulation, no outside food or beverages are allowed in the 451 Lounge. However food and beverages can be purchased thru 451 Lounge at an additional cost.

 

PHOTO DISCLOSURE: We love selfies! We tend to snap and share your memorable moments with future Posh Paint Followers. If you would not like to be photographed, please let us know. 

WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE: We strive to serve our painters with excellence by creating a safe, fun environment. We have the right to refuse services to any person(s) exhibiting the following behaviors but not limited to:
-Excessive Cancellations
-No Shirt/No Shoes
-Lude, Offensive or Violent Behavior 
-Explicit Language
